Collin Kartchner - On a Crusade
On Feb 6, 2018, the Salt Lake Tribune's front page article began: "Collin Kartchner decided to fight Instagram with Instagram." Using his social media account, Collin has been on a crusade to help people rise above the negative effects of social media, and showing the world how to use it as a tool for doing good. In two weeks he raised over $125,000 for Hurricane Harvey victims, in 3 hours raised $15,000 for "You Are Beautiful" & "You Are Loved" billboards seen over 1.2M times. He organized fundraisers for kids fighting cancer and orphanages in South America. Now he's on a crusade to save tweens & teens from social media's potential destruction to their self-esteem and mental health, and empowering parents to reconnect with their kids.
